Yes I know many of you at Mabuhay Chiropractic are not getting paid on Time, as are some of the staff. As Tetrault has money for pageants and business class flights and for spending thousands on lawyers to lose DOLE cases for workers who only required hundreds to equitably settle he should have your salary in the couch cushions for you.
1. Go to DOLE. Bring your labor contract, and those emails with the pitiful excuses why he can’t pay you on time per his contract. While you are there ask DOLE if Tetrault is allowed to demand direction and control (what hours you work what you may wear) of contractors
2. If some of you are getting paid and some of you aren’t that is the basis of a discrimination suit.
3. Tetrault would potentially prioritize some doctors over others based on who he views as problematic. If you will refuse to work or cause a problem he will pay you first to shut you up. If you play nice he could fuck you more.
4. Do not refuse to work before going to dole. Go to DOLE and file a case. After a few days then quit and say you await the resolution of your dole case before returning to work, or getting paid first in which case you will still keep the DOLE case active.
5. There are Chiropractors who are looking to hire in the Philippines. After you file your DOLE cases and inform Tetrault that you wish to be paid or you will cease working if you need help finding another job I can help with referrals to more reputable organizations. Unfortunately while the demand for Chiropractic is great Tetrault’s over saturation compared to reputable offices that have set up more responsibly is an issue and not all of you can get jobs for the limited offers. If you can stick it out with local backing you can also start your own offices if you are PITAHC certified.

Go to DOLE. I did and I won. Although I did have a very clear cut case of unlawful dismissal against Roach. He did try and appeal and he lost again. Yes the DOLE judges are tired of this asshole who cheated on his beautiful Filipino wife. You are lucky as the other corrupt-to-the-core HR officer, The Dictator, has also left Roach after also causing many upsets in the company. Apparently she left with an Ozzie with little taste for women. Infidelity is part and parcel of this company. Anyway, get those DOLE cases going as that is the only way we can stop the Roach from fucking over more innocent people .
